  1. Put a saucepan on the stove and add the water and sugar. Bring the mixture to the boil until you get a pale sugar syrup
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces, and melt these in the sugar water. Stir constantly with a whisk, until you get a glossy sauce
  3. Finally, mix a cold cube of butter through the sauce
  4. Enjoy!
